The Challenge
Heart & Soul Family Health & Wellness treats patients ages twelve and up with a mix of services that rarely live under one roof. Primary care, CDL and DOT physicals, women's health and menopause support, same day walk in visits with an emergency trained physician, back to school physicals and trauma informed psychiatric care for women. Each of those attracts a completely different search. A commercial driver looking for a DOT physical today is not the same person looking for a psychiatric evaluation, and neither of them will read a combined services page to find their answer. The clinic was also actively accepting new patients, which needed to be unmissable rather than buried.
Problems Identified

What We Built
Every service line got a dedicated page: primary care, CDL and DOT physicals, women's health and menopause, same day appointments, school physicals and trauma informed mental health. A now accepting new patients block sits high on the homepage with a tap to call number next to it, because in primary care the phone is the conversion. The mental health section is written in a different register than the rest of the site, quieter and directed at women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and grief, with the provider's own words carrying it. Both providers get full introductions, the board certified family nurse practitioner with long term care and chronic disease experience, and the physician with emergency medicine and surgical training, so patients know exactly who they are seeing.
