The Challenge
Dani K Gym & Wellness has served Carroll County for over 31 years from its Village Road location in Westminster. The gym runs 24/7 with no time limits, offers personal training, group training, meal planning, free weights up to 120 pounds, punching bags and tanning. All of that was living in Dani's head and in conversations at the front desk. Prospective members wanted to know what a membership costs, what training packages include and whether the enrollment fee applies to them. Gym pricing is where most fitness sites go vague, and vague loses sign-ups.
Problems Identified
- Membership and training pricing not published anywhere
- Training package terms were complex and easy to misstate
- The owner's personal approach did not come across online

We built a gym site that publishes the numbers. Membership options and personal training packages are listed with what each includes, from the free membership tied to recurring training to the waived enrollment fee and the group training session per month. Each package is purchasable directly through the site's cart. Dani's own message to members sits in the middle of the page in her voice, because in an owner-operated gym that voice is the differentiator. Amenities, hours and the honorable mention as Carroll County's best health and fitness center are stated plainly.
