Moyock Minutemen
Coach Rob Almony needed parents to understand his training philosophy and register in the same visit.

The Challenge
The Moyock Minutemen is a youth soccer training program for players aged 10 to 14, founded by Coach Rob Almony. The first year drew 13 kids. Growing beyond that meant convincing parents who had never heard of the program that it was worth their money and their evenings. Parents in youth sports are skeptical for good reason. They want to know who is coaching, what the sessions look like, what their child will actually learn and how to sign up without a paper form and a check.
Problems Identified
- New program with no name recognition in the community
- Parents needed to understand the training method before committing
- Registration was manual and slowed sign-ups
- The Minutemen name needed explaining, not just a logo
- Program details changed season to season

What We Built
We built a program site that leads with the coach and the method. A message to parents from Coach Rob sits near the top in his own voice. The training technology gets its own section explaining the ball launcher used by Premier League clubs, including what it does and why it speeds up development. The Minutemen name gets a short history section so the brand means something. Registration runs through integrated Stripe checkout so a parent can read, decide and pay in one sitting. Season status updates sit in a banner at the top so the site never goes stale between seasons.
