The Challenge
Bellvale Labradors has been raising English Labradors in Fallston, Maryland since 1995, about 35 minutes from BWI. The breeding program runs on rigorous health testing. Every sire and dam gets DNA testing plus OFA testing on hips, elbows and eyes. That standard is the whole reason to choose Bellvale over a backyard litter, but health testing is invisible in a photo of a puppy. Buyers also need to understand limited registration terms before they commit, not after, and those terms were coming up too late in the process.

What We Built
We built a site that leads with the testing and the terms. The welcome section explains the OFA certifications on hips, elbows and eyes plus DNA testing on both sire and dam in plain language. A dedicated section lists exactly what every puppy goes home with, including the health exam and certificate, first vaccinations and deworming, microchipping, a starter bag and copies of the sire and dam OFA paperwork and pedigree. Limited registration is explained up front with the terms stated clearly, so nobody is surprised later.
