The Challenge
Allkin has been family owned since 2016 and does painting, flooring and handyman work across Harford County. Six hundred plus projects and a 4.8 Google rating say the work is good. The problem was the front end of the sale. Every lead started with a phone call to answer the same question, what will this cost, and that call takes time whether the job closes or not. Homeowners hate asking. Contractors hate guessing. Meanwhile three distinct services shared one message, so a customer looking for a painter and a customer with a honey do list saw the same page.

What We Built
We built three interactive calculators, one per service line. The painting tool prices room by room using size, what is being painted from walls to crown molding to closets, door count, ceiling height and how much furniture moving is involved, then returns a real range. Flooring and handyman have their own versions. Estimates are all inclusive by design, covering labor, materials, prep, protection and cleanup, and the page says so plainly so nobody expects a surprise line item. Each service also gets a full page with its own scope list. The company tagline, moving the honey do list to the honey done list, runs through the site alongside the proof: 4.8 stars, six hundred plus projects, licensed and insured under MHIC 117774, family owned since 2016.
