A historic stone cabin built around 1800, sitting on more than 40 acres with Muddy Creek running through it, a hot tub over the water, kayaks and creek tubes, a fire pit and a tree swing. That is a specific kind of trip, and the guests who want it are not searching for two bedrooms in Delta, Pennsylvania. They are searching for a quiet weekend, an anniversary, a place that takes dogs. A standard rental listing cannot carry any of that. It shows bedroom count and a price, and the property competes against motels. The hosts had also earned Premier Host status with a perfect guest rating, which was doing nothing for them off platform.

Amenities are described by what they let you do rather than listed, kayaks and creek tubes for water fun on the property, an outdoor fire pit for evening s'mores, a tree swing and play area for families.
